摘要
乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤。随着研究发展发现乳腺癌细胞的发育与缺氧有关。低氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia-induced factor-1α,HIF-1α)通过新血管形成对癌细胞的扩散转移产生影响。由于缺失雌激素受体,缺氧降低了机体对激素治疗的反应性。而肥胖被认为增加了脂肪细胞缺氧的严重程度,并为乳腺脂肪组织中的肿瘤细胞提供了良好的环境。而肿瘤细胞则从良好的氧气供应中获益并免受肿瘤内靶区的影响。本综述回顾了人体脂肪组织中缺氧和乳腺癌关系的研究现状及发展。
Breast cancer is the most common malignancy of women.The development of breast cancer cells is linked with hypoxia.The hypoxia-induced factor-1α(HIF-1α)influences metastasis through neovascularization.Hypoxia seems to decrease the responsiveness to hormonal treatment due to loss of estrogen receptors(ERs).Obesity is discussed to increase hypoxia in adipose tissues,which promotes a favorable environment for tumor cells in mammary fat tissue,whereas,tumor cells profit from good oxygen supply and are influenced by its deprivation as target regions within tumors show.This review gives an overview of the current state on research of hypoxia and breast cancer in human adipose tissue.
