库尔勒香梨脱萼、宿萼果果实发育动态及大小差异分析

Analysis of the Development Dynamics and Size Difference of Korla Fragrant Pear Deciduous Calyx Fruit and Persistent Calyx Fruit

为探明库尔勒香梨脱萼、宿萼果果实发育过程变化及大小差异,用尼康R3相机拍摄果实发育动态,同时测算果实纵横径、果肉厚度、果实体积与质量等相关指标,并用石蜡切片法研究了果肉细胞体积、数目与果实大小的关系。结果发现细胞数目增长主要集中在盛花后第56天前;后期以果肉细胞体积增长为主。同时期脱萼果纵径、横径、果实质量、果实体积、果肉部分体积、果核体积、果肉部分细胞数目均低于宿萼果;果肉厚度高于宿萼果;盛花后第70天前脱萼果果肉细胞体积与宿萼果果肉细胞体积大小差异不显著。脱萼果和宿萼果果实大小差异是由果肉部分细胞体积和细胞数目共同造成的,其中细胞数目的影响比细胞体积的影响大。

In order to explore the characteristics of fruit development and fruit size of the deciduous calyx fruit and the persistent calyx fruit of Korla fragrant pear and to provide a theoretical basis for the research on improving the fruit quality and pear fruit size.In this research,the fruit development dynamics were taken with the Nikon R3camera,then the longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,pulp thickness and quality of the fruit were measured,and the relationship between the volume and number of pulp cells and fruit size were studied by paraffin section.The results showed that the main increase of cell number was before56th day after full bloom,and the main increase of cell volume was in later stages.In the same period,compared with the indexes of persistent calyx,the diameter,transverse diameter,the fruit weight,the volume of fruit,the volume of pulp part,the number of cells in the pulp part,and the core volume of the deciduous calyx fruit were lower,while the thickness of the pulp part of the deciduous calyx fruit was higher,and the volume of cells in the pulp part was almost the same before70th day after full bloom.The different fruit size between deciduous calyx fruit and persistent calyx fruit was caused by the cell volume and the cell number,and the effect of the cell number was larger than that of the cell volume.
