摘要
为探索金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)和停乳链球菌(Streptococcus dysgalactiae)二联灭活疫苗免疫与奶牛隐性乳房炎阳性率、体细胞数、乳成分之间的关系,本研究对泌乳期荷斯坦奶牛在接种该二联灭活菌苗后,检测其免疫后120d内隐性乳房炎阳性率、牛奶中体细胞数及乳成分的变化。结果表明,首次免疫后第30天,二联灭活菌苗免疫组体细胞数、乳脂含量和乳蛋白含量与对照组相比差异显著(P <0.05),首次免疫后第60天,二联灭活菌苗免疫组同对照组相比,隐性乳房炎阳性率显著下降(P <0.05);首次免疫后第90天,免疫组乳糖含量与对照组相比差异显著(P <0.05)。该二联灭活疫苗免疫可降低奶牛隐性乳房炎的阳性率,有效降低牛乳中体细胞数,显著提高乳蛋白含量、乳脂率、乳糖含量,对牛乳质量有显著的改善。
In order to investigate the relationships of vaccination with the inactive bivalent vaccine of Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus dysgalactiae and the bovine subclinical mastitis morbidity,somatic cell count(SCC)and milk composition in this study,the subclinical mastitis,SCC and the changes of milk composition were tested in the Holstein dairy cows during120d after immunized with the bivalent vaccine and these data were analyzed.The results showed that:at30th day after first immunization,the somatic cell count,milk fat content and milk protein content of immunization group increased significantly compared with those of control group(P<0.05),at60th day after first immunization,the positive rate of subclinical mastitis in the immunization group decreased significantly(P<0.05)and at90th day after first immunization,the milk lactose content of immunization group increased significantly compared with that of control group(P<0.05).These findings demonstrated that the bivalent vaccine could significantly reduce the morbidity of subclinical mastitis and SCC,increase milk lactose content,milk protein content,milk fat content,therefore,the bivalent vaccine tested here significantly improved milk quality.
