摘要
本文从军工研究所民用产业收入和控股民品公司数量大幅增长的趋势,引出军工所对控股公司管理的研究,列举了典型控股公司法人治理结构情况,并针对军工所目前在公司管理中存在的突出问题,提出了增加职能部门对控股公司管理的参与度,以及完善委托授权机制的建议。
This paper introduces the research on the management of holding companies by military industrial institutes,enumerates the corporate governance structure of typical holding companies,and proposes to increase the number of functional departments to the holding companies in view of the outstanding problems existing in the management of military industrial institutes.The management participation and the proposal to improve the delegation mechanism.
