新型农业经营主体发展过程中改善农民就业的作用机制是通过直接效应和间接效应两方面共同作用的结果,从长期看,新型农业经营主体会创造更大的就业效应;新型农业经营主体通过创造更多就业岗位也可以产生直接收入和间接收入效应,直接收入效应表现为土地出租方直接的土地租金收入和工资性收入,以及通过其它渠道就业产生间接的收入效应;而土地租入方通过土地流转配置土地资源,也可以产生直接收入效应。

The mechanism of improving the employment of farmers in the development of new agricultural management entities is the result of the joint effects of direct effects and indirect effects.In the long run,new agricultural management entities will create greater employment effects.The creation of more jobs can also produce direct income and indirect income effects.The direct income effect is manifested by the direct land rent income and wage income of the land lessor,and the indirect income effect through employment through other channels;and the land renter allocates land resources through land transfer,which can also have a direct income effect.
