燃气工程在施工阶段的造价控制和管理探讨

随着我国社会不断进步和发展,各行各业都处在不断变化中,有些行业兴旺、有些行业衰败。但其中燃气行业随着城市化的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,像坐上了快速列车处在快速发展中。但是,燃气行业作为新能源产业,具有安全性、社会性及一定的复杂性。燃气行业的发展离不开燃气工程的支撑和服务,而燃气工程三要素之一的工程造价是燃气工程管理中非常重要的组成部分。目前我国在燃气工程施工阶段工程造价的控制和管理方面已经取得了长足的发展,但由于各种新工艺、新材料的不断应用,工程造价的管理方法和计价很多时候还比较滞后、更新缓慢,不能同步服务于工程施工。此外,造价内容不够完善,不能完全覆盖工程涉及的所有内容。本文在对工程造价管理的基本含义进行相关阐释之后,就燃气工程施工阶段造价控制和管理过程中存在的问题提出相应的措施和分析,希望能给相关企业一些参考。

With the continuous progress and development of our society,all walks of life are constantly changing.Some industries are prosperous and some industries are declining.However,with the development of urbanization and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the gas industry is like a fast train in rapid development.However,as a new energy industry,the gas industry has characteristics of security,sociality and certain complexity.The development of the gas industry is inseparable from the support and service of gas engineering,and the engineering cost of one of the three elements of gas engineering is a very important part of gas engineering management.At present,China has made great progress in the control and management of engineering cost in the construction stage of gas engineering.However,due to the continuous application of various new technologies and new materials,the management methods and pricing of engineering cost are still lagging behind and slow to update,and can not synchronize services for engineering construction.In addition,the cost content is not perfect enough to cover all the content involved in the project.After the relevant explanation of the basic meaning of engineering cost management,this paper proposes corresponding measures and analysis on the problems existing in the cost control and management process of gas engineering construction stage,hoping to give some reference to relevant enterprises.
