随着国家对环保的越发重视和对工业企业排污的越加控制,国家政策不断的向环保倾斜,去产能倒逼高污染企业加速淘汰,越来越多的资本意识到了环保这一块蛋糕,随之造成环保从业企业越来越多,参与者多势必造成利润的挤压,成本的控制成为了重中之重。工业污水处理项目的特点和传统建筑企业的特点有相似之处,低价中标的行业特征也已经逐渐形成,再加之环保市场参与者绝大多数为中小企业,其习惯于家族式经营,对成本管理没有系统理论的研究,对项目过程中的成本控制不够严格,没有严格的绩效管理加以约束,极易造成项目做成却并不赚钱的局面出现。

With the government's increasing emphasis on environmental protection and the increasing control of industrial enterprises'pollution discharge,the national policy is constantly tilting toward environmental protection,and decommissioning forces to accelerate the elimination of highly polluting enterprises.More and more capitals are aware of the cake of environmental protection.As a result,more and more environmental protection companies have emerged,and many participants will inevitably lead to the squeeze of profits,and cost control has become a top priority.The characteristics of industrial wastewater treatment projects are similar to those of traditional construction enterprises.The industry characteristics of low-cost winning bids have also gradually formed.In addition,most of the environmental market participants are small and medium-sized enterprises,which are accustomed to family-owned operations and lack of systematic theory research on cost management,and the cost control in the project process is not strict enough.Without strict performance management,it is easy to cause the project to be made but not profitable.
