装备维修保障效费比模型分析

Research on the Model of the Ratio of Cost-effectiveness of Equipment Maintenance

装备维修保障效费比是装备整体效能与装备维修费用投入之间的比例关系,对于装备维修决策具有非常重要的指导意义。在界定了装备体系相关概念的基础上,建立了装备寿命周期费用与装备可靠性、维修性和可用度关系模型,给出了装备全寿命费用过程中装备研制费、装备购置费和装备维修费比例优化方法,最后通过示例分析了装备全寿命费用的影响关系,并验证了所建模型的有效性。

The cost-effectiveness ratio of equipment maintenance support is the proportional relationship between equipment overall efficiency and equipment maintenance cost investment,which has practical guiding significance for equipment maintenance decision.On the basis of defining the related concepts of the equipment system,the relationship model between equipment life cycle cost and equipment reliability,maintainability and availability is established,and the proportional optimization method of equipment development cost,equipment purchase cost and equipment maintenance cost in the process of equipment life-time cost is given.Finally the impact relationship of equipment life-time cost is analyzed by example,and the validity of the model is verified.
