济南区域科技创新面临的瓶颈研究

Research on Bottleneck of Ji'nan Regional Science and Technology Innovation

科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑。近些年,济南市大力实施创新驱动发展战略,创新型城市的建设步伐日益加快,科技创新体系框架基本形成。基于对济南现状的梳理,从五个方面总结济南区域科技创新面临的瓶颈,并提出有针对性的对策建议。

Technological innovation is a strategic support for improving social productivity and overall national strength.In recent years,Ji'nan has vigorously implemented the strategy of innovation-driven development,and the pace of construction of innovative cities has been accelerating,and the framework of science and technology innovation system has basically taken shape.Based on the analysis of the Jinan status,the bottlenecks faced by regional science and technology innovation in Ji'nan are summarized from five aspects,and targeted countermeasures are proposed.
