Research on the Construction of Closed Supply Chain of Fresh Agricultural Products:Taking Gannan Navel Orange as an Example

构建生鲜农产品封闭供应链对保障农产品的质量安全具有重要意义。本文以赣南脐橙为例分析了生鲜农产品供应链的现状和存在的问题,在此基础上,设计出以农业龙头企业为核心的生鲜农产品封闭供应链模式,并分析其运行机制。

Constructing a closed supply chain of fresh agricultural products is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of fresh agricultural product supply chain by taking Gannan navel orange as an example.On this basis,the closed supply chain model of fresh agricultural products with agricultural leading enterprises as the core is designed and its operation mechanism is analyzed.
