摘要
建立实体模型时采用ANSYS软件,研究波折腹板钢梁中柱弱轴外伸端板连接的性能,得到弯矩-转角曲线、最大荷载时的节点区位移和von Mises应力云图,随外加荷载增加,弯矩-转角曲线由线性特征转为非线性。分析了连接的性能,以及梁腹板高度、端板厚度和螺栓直径对弯矩-转角曲线的影响。结果表明:梁与中柱连接节点产生相对转动变形的主要因素是梁受拉翼缘连接处的端板区域及与中柱连接处的腹板区域的变形;梁腹板高度对连接节点的转角及抗弯承载力有显著影响;当端板厚度较小时,端板厚度的变化对连接节点的转角及抗弯承载力有显著影响;当端板厚度增大到一定程度时,对连接节点的性能影响逐渐减小。螺栓直径的变化对中柱连接节点的性能的研究没有显著影响。
In order to study the performance of weak axis extended end-plate steel beam connections with corrugated webs,the threedimensional solid model was established by ANSYS software.Moment-rotation curves,nodal displacement map and Von Mises stress cloud picture under the maximum load were obtained.Characteristics of the moment-rotation curves changes from linear into nonlinear with the increase of external loads.The performance of the connection was analyzed,as well as the influence of web height,end-plate thickness and bolt diameter on the moment-rotation curves.The results show that the main factors of the relative rotation of the beam and middle column are the deformations of end-plate connecting tension flange and the web connecting column.The web height has a significant influence on rotation angle and bending capacity of connection node.When the end-plate is thin,the change of end-plate thickness has an obvious influence on connection node rotation angle and bending capacity.When the end-plate thickness increases to a certain extent,its impact on the performance of the node becomes small gradually.The bolt diameter has not a great impact on the connection node performance.
