摘要
对家用马桶进行了创新性设计,旨在实现经济、环保、安全、舒适等目标。基于绿色环保理念,对马桶的冲水系统进行了改良,将马桶和盥洗盆设计成一体,实现了废水的二次利用,有效节约了水资源。基于人因工程的思想,考虑人体坐姿生理特点,对马桶的尺寸进行了宜人性设计,并利用人因工效分析软件jack7.0进行了虚拟仿真,分析结果表明马桶尺寸设计合理,避免了使用者由于静力负荷导致的腿部不适的问题。
Innovative design of household toilet designed to achieve economic,environmental protection,safety,comfort and other goals.Based on the concept of green environmental protection,the flush system of the toilet is improved,the toilet and the lavatory basin are designed into one body,the secondary utilization of wastewater is realized,and the water resources are saved effectively.Based on the idea of human factor engineering and taking into account the physiological characteristics of human sitting posture,the size of toilet is designed according to human nature,and the virtual simulation is carried out by using human factor ergonomics analysis software jack7.0.The results show that the design of toilet size is reasonable.The problem of leg discomfort caused by static load is avoided.
