摘要
新建铁路连云港至镇江线五峰山长江特大桥为世界上第一座跨度超过千米的公铁两用悬索桥,其北锚碇总重130多万吨。因其平面尺寸较大、地质状况影响,存在封底失败的风险。为了防止混凝土流入其他井孔和产生夹层并快速有效的监测,本项目提出采用碎石找平的方式,配合三维机械声呐监测,及时对封底布料进行调整,有效控制了封底质量。
The new railway Lianyungang-Zhenjiang line Wufengshan Yangtze River Bridge is the world's first public-rail suspension bridge with a span of more than1,000meters.Its north anchor has a total weight of more than1.3million tons.Due to its large size and geological conditions,there is a risk of failure to seal the bottom.In order to prevent concrete from flowing into other wells and creating interlayers and quickly and effectively monitoring,this project proposes the use of gravel leveling,combines with three-dimensional mechanical sonar monitoring and timely adjusts the backing fabric,which effectively controls the sealing quality.
