摘要
残膜捡拾机在地膜捡拾过程中,为了提高工作效率,卸膜时可将捡膜齿完全收缩至工作滚筒内部,拾膜时将捡膜齿伸出到工作滚筒外部。对该机构的外部滚筒进行计算和受力分析,满足残膜捡拾机整机的相关技术要求。
In the process of picking up the film in the residual film picker,in order to improve the working efficiency,the film teeth can be completely shrunk to the inside of the work roll when the film is unloaded,and the film teeth are extended to the outside of the work roll when the film is picked up.This paper calculates and analyzes the external roller of the mechanism to meet the relevant technical requirements of the residual film pick-up machine.
