摘要 近年来,随着我国动力煤市场的变化,越来越多的发电企业无法保证锅炉设计用煤的供应。同一煤种,随着产地、采矿点、地质条件以及开采、运输、储存等条件的不同,煤质特性也会有很大的差别。很多发电企业从经济效益的角度出发,主动让锅炉掺烧一些低价煤、劣质煤,增大了锅炉实际用煤的变化幅度,煤质特性参数远远偏离设计值。燃料特性发生变化后,锅炉是否可以安全、经济、稳定的运行?燃料发生变化后,锅炉燃烧系统以及辅机系统会相应地发生何种变化? In recent years,with the changes in China's thermal coal market,more and more power generation companies cannot guarantee the supply of coal for boiler design.The same coal type,with the different origins,mining points,geological conditions and mining,transportation,storage and other conditions,coal quality characteristics will also be very different.From the perspective of economic efficiency,many power generation enterprises actively let the boiler blend some low-cost coal and inferior coal,which increases the variation range of the actual coal used in the boiler and the coal quality parameters deviate far from the design value.After the fuel characteristics change,can the boiler operate safely,economically and stably?After the fuel changes,what changes will occur in the boiler combustion system and the auxiliary system?
