以BIM为导向的装配式建筑信息化管理研究

Research on BIM-oriented Fabricated Building Informatization Management

装配式建筑全寿命周期信息量大,种类之多,在工程管理过程中难于信息共享,由此在一定程度上抑制了装配式建筑项目的信息管理和装配式建筑的发展。本文在分析装配式建筑各阶段信息分类汇总的基础上,研究制约推广信息化管理的影响因素,通过BIM技术的自身价值特性,建立基于BIM的信息共享管理模型,以BIM为导向克服了装配式建筑信息共享困难的问题,为装配式建筑全寿命周期信息共享管理提供了一定的理论支撑。

The information amount of the total life cycle of prefabricated buildings is large and varied,and it is difficult to share information in the process of project management,which inhibits the information management and development of fabricated building to a certain extent.Based on the analysis of the information classification and summary of each stage of the prefabricated building,this paper studies the influencing factors that restrict the promotion of informatization management.Through the own value characteristics of BIM technology,it establishes a BIM-based information sharing management model and overcomes the problem of difficult building information sharing of prefabricated building with BIM as the guide.The paper provides theoretical support for the information sharing management of the life cycle of fabricated buildings.
