摘要
为提高脆弱性评价结果的科学性与准确性,研究基于变权理论,将脆弱性评价过程中的常权权重升级为变权权重。将常权综合指数法与变权综合指数法同时应用于天津市城市排水管网脆弱性的评价,并将评价结果进行对比,结果表明变权综合指数法能够消除常权评价中产生的泡沫,提高脆弱性评价的科学性和准确性。
In order to improve the scientific and accurate results of the vulnerability assessment,the research based on the theory of variable weights,the weight of the power in the process of vulnerability assessment is upgraded to variable weight.The constant weight comprehensive index method and the variable weight comprehensive index method are applied to the evaluation of the vulnerability of urban drainage network in Tianjin,and the evaluation results are compared.The results show that the variable weight comprehensive index method can eliminate the bubble generated in the evaluation of the permanent rights and improve the scientific and accurate assessment of vulnerability.
