Risk of Price Fluctuation and Contract Management Suggestions in Construction Contracts

物价变化是引起合同价款调整的主要因素之一,对工程结算价格影响较大。作为临时性市场主体的政府投资项目业主很容易在合同约定和履行环节出现失误,造成工程造价控制风险。本文分析了常见的物价波动风险的合同表现,提出了合同管理改进建议。

The price change is one of the main factors causing the adjustment of contract price and has a great impact on the settlement price of the project.As a temporary market entity,the government investment project owners can easily make mistakes in the contractual agreement and performance,which leads to the risk of project cost control.This paper analyzes the contract performance of common price fluctuation risks and proposes contract management improvement suggestions.
