基于冲突分析的网约车与出租车利益争端问题研究

The Interested Controversy of Hailing Cars and Taxi Based on Conflict Analysis

针对网约车与出租车之间存在的利益争端问题,依据冲突分析的基本方法和原理,采用静态分析与动态分析相结合的冲突分析方法,以网约车和出租车的利益为基础,在两者之间寻求出一个双方都可以接受的平衡点,从而得到一个折衷方案,达到化解两者之间冲突的目的。

Based on the interested controversy between hailing cars and taxi,this paper uses the basic methods and principles of conflict analysis,adopts to combining static analysis method and dynamic analysis method of conflict analysis,with the basic that the interests of hailing cars and taxi,and finds an acceptable balance between the two players,in order to obtain a compromise project and resolve the conflict between the two players.
