摘要
电建工程采用工程总承包(EPC)模式有助于提高项目效益,但具有潜在的进度管理风险。如何采取有效的进度管理措施促进成本控制、质量控制,达到资源的优化配置、提高综合效益,已经成为当前EPC总承包模式下电建工程进度管理研究的重要内容。本文首先简要介绍了EPC总承包模式下进度管理的重要性,然后重点阐述了EPC项目进度管理的特点及目前存在的主要问题,最后结合EPC总承包模式下某电建工程进度管理实践,提出进度管理的有效措施,为今后类似工程进度管理提供参考。
The use of the Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)mode for electrical construction projects can improve project efficiency,but has potential schedule management risks.How to adopt effective schedule management measures to promote cost control and quality control,achieve optimal allocation of resources and improve comprehensive benefits has become an important part of the current research on the progress management of electric construction projects under EPC mode.This paper first briefly introduces the importance of schedule management under the EPC mode,and then focuses on the characteristics of EPC project schedule management and the main problems existing at present.Finally,combined with the progress management practice of an electric construction project under the EPC mode,the effective progress management measures are proposed to provide reference for future project management.
