共享经济领域下房屋短租模式的发展对策研究——以小猪短租为例

Research on the Development of Short Rent Model in the Shared Economy:A Case Study on the Short Rent of Piglet

随着共享经济的不断发展,共享理念越来越深入人心。现如今越来越多的年轻人出去旅游不会选择那些高档的酒店或是标准化的旅馆,而是通过网上平台寻找自己喜欢的或者是适合自己的进行短期租赁来解决短期旅游的住宿问题。但是在房屋短租行业兴旺发展的同时也出现了一些问题,例如人与共享经济人之间缺乏信任,房屋的住宿安全,政策的变化等等。本文以小猪短租为例来谈一谈共享经济领域下房屋短租模式的发展现状以及对其发展中出现的问题进行对策研究。通过查阅文献和参考官方资料,我们可以从信任感、安全感、新鲜感和政策支持等方面来改变房屋短租模式的现状。

With the continuous development of the shared economy,the concept of sharing has become more and more popular.Nowadays,more and more young people go out to travel instead of choosing high-end hotels or standardized hotels.They use some online platforms to find some of their favorite or suitable short-term rental accommodation to solve the short-term travel problem.However,with the development of shared accommodation,there are some problems,such as the lack of trust between people and shared economy people,the security of housing,and changes in policy.This paper takes piglet short rent as an example to discuss the development status of housing short rent model under the shared economy and to study the problems in its development.By consulting the literature and referring to official sources,we can change the status quo of the short rent model in terms of trust,security,freshness and policy support.
