应用DRGs对某市三级医院医疗服务质量评价分析

Evaluation and Analysis of Medical Service Quality of a Third Class Hospital in a City by Using DRGs

目的:通过对某市2017年2家三级综合医院为对象进行调查分析,从医院经营成本控制,服务整合,多角度经营和结构调整等方面,对该市医院的发展提供参考性意见。方法:通过应用DRGs医疗服务质量指标对某市三级医院医疗服务质量进行评价分析,然后制定统一的疾病诊断分类定额支付标准,达到医疗资源利用的优化和标准化。结果:经DRGs进行医院医疗服务质量的评估,主要是时间消耗指数、费用消耗指数和低风险死亡率等;A医院和V医院的低风险死亡率均为0,A医院的费用消耗指数和时间消耗指数分别为0.97和1.13,V医院的分别为0.93和1.06。结论:需对医疗服务质量方面进一步关注与提高,以促进医疗体系的改革,减少医疗资源的浪费。

Objectives:To investigate and analyze two third-class hospitals in a city in2017,and to provide some suggestions for the development of hospitals from the aspects of hospital cost control,service integration and multi-angle management and drink structure adjustment.Methods:The quality of medical service was evaluated and analyzed by using the DRGs index of medical service quality,and then a unified standard for the payment of classification quota for disease diagnosis was established to optimize and standardize the utilization of medical resources.Results:The quality of hospital medical service was evaluated by DRGs,mainly using time consumption index,cost consumption index and low risk death.The low risk mortality rates of hospital A and hospital V were0.97and1.13V,respectively.The cost consumption index and time consumption index of hospital were0.93and1.06respectively.Conclusion:Further attention should be paid to the quality of medical service in order to promote the reform of medical system and reduce the waste of medical resources.
