摘要 随着社会与经济的不断发展,我国公路建设也在快速发展。而路面在高速公路中起着直接承受荷载并向下传递的作用,路面材料的种类与发展更加被人们关注。由于行车荷载、自然环境等因素的共同作用,路面出现不同程度、不同类型的早期破坏现象。因此,研究路面材料性能及材料与设计施工的关系就显得较为重要。在路面新材料与路面设计施工中,如何科学合理地与其他路面材料配合选用,使设计出的公路路面整体结构能满足行车要求,也是一个重要的研究课题。本文以高速公路路面建设领域中引进的新材料、新技术、新工艺展开讨论,以贵州某高速公路路面采用RS2000抗车辙改性沥青混合材料应用为例详细阐述了新材料的施工工艺在路面建设中的应用情况,以供业内同行共同参考借鉴。 With the continuous development of society and economy,China's highway construction is also developing rapidly.The road surface directly bears load and transmits downwards in the highway.The type and development of pavement materials are more concerned.Due to the combined effects of driving load and natural environment,the road surface has different degrees and different types of early damage.Therefore,it is important to study the relationship between pavement material properties and materials and design and construction.In the new pavement material and design of pavement,how to scientifically and rationally cooperate with other pavement materials,so that the designed overall structure of highway pavement can meet the driving requirements,is also an important research topic.This paper discusses the new materials,new technologies and new technologies introduced in the field of highway pavement construction.The application of RS2000anti-rutting modified asphalt mixed materials in Guizhou expressway pavement is taken as an example to elaborate the construction process of new materials in pavement construction.The application situation is for reference by the industry peers.
