我国海洋资源利用的经济效益分析

我国自改革开放以来,经济已步入了一个快速发展的轨道,但由于我国经济的增长方式较为粗放,环境污染问题已逐渐不容忽视,并且我国的经济结构不均衡,因此转变经济增长方式已俨然成为我国目前所急需解决的难题。而我国是一个海洋大国,管辖的水域面积接近300万平方公里,由于海洋中蕴藏着丰富的资源,它已逐渐在人类社会的可持续发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。本文主要通过分析我国海洋资源利用的经济效应,并通过分析我国海洋资源利用的经济效率和其对我国经济发展的影响效力,以此来提高我国对海洋资源的利用能力,解决海洋资源开发中目前存在的问题,保障海洋经济持续健康发展。

Since China's reform and opening up,the economy has entered a rapid development track,but because of our country's economic growth mode is more extensive,environmental pollution problems have gradually not been ignored,and the economic structure of our country is not balanced,so the transformation of economic growth has become a difficult problem to be solved urgently.China is a big ocean country with jurisdiction over3million square kilometers.Because of the abundant resources in the ocean,it has gradually played an increasingly important role in the sustainable development of human society.This paper analyzes the economic effects of the utilization of marine resources in China,and through the analysis of the economic efficiency of the utilization of marine resources in China and its effect on the economic development of our country,in order to improve the utilization of marine resources in China,to solve the existing problems in the development of marine resources,and to ensure the sustainable health of the marine economy.
