A Summary of Theoretical Research on Risk Management of Infrastructure Projects

基础设施项目投资大、参与主体多、技术难度大、建设周期长,具有高难度高风险的特点,研究如何对其实施有效的风险管理,减少风险因素对项目造成的损失显得尤为重要。本文将从风险识别、风险分析与评价和风险应对几个关键环节对风险管理研究情况进行梳理和总结,为推进基础设施项目风险管理提供理论参考。

Infrastructure projects have large investment,many participants,technical difficulties,long construction period,high difficulty and high risk.It is especially important to study how to implement effective risk management and reduce the risk factors caused by the project.This paper will sort out and summarize the risk management research from several key aspects of risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation and risk response,and provide a theoretical reference for promoting risk management of infrastructure projects.
