摘要
心脏仿真在虚拟手术中发挥着关键作用。以柏林噪声为基础,开发出一类可用于细化心脏纹理图的新手段。首先预处理心脏切片数据集,之后通过样条拟合实现虚拟心脏模型的构建。期间由Perlin改进算法自动细化样本心脏纹理图,使后者纹理更具真实性,进而在已完成构建的心脏体上应用。结果表明,此途径构建的心脏体可对心脏客观结构进行较好模拟,在合成效率与质量方面,细化得到的心脏软组织纹理均表现突出,可在某种程度上推进后续虚拟心脏手术个性化研究的顺利进行。
Cardiac simulation plays a key role in virtual surgery.Based on the Berlin noise,a new method for refining the heart texture map is developed.The data set of cardiac section was preprocessed and then the virtual heart model was constructed by spline fitting.During the process,Perlin improved the algorithm to automatically refine the heart texture map of the sample,making the latter texture more authentic and then applied to the completed heart body.The results show that the cardiac body constructed by this approach can simulate the objective structure of the heart well.In terms of synthesis efficiency and quality,the refined cardiac soft tissue texture is outstanding,which can promote the subsequent personalized research on virtual heart surgery to some extent.
