矩形筒螺栓联结损伤的振动特性研究

摘要 螺栓联接容易出现由于预紧力不足、螺栓腐蚀、长期交变载荷作用以及螺栓本身性能退化等方面导致的螺栓松动或损坏,从而影响整体结构的力学性能。工程中急需更有效的方法来发现因螺栓联接损伤而引起的结构力学性能的变化。运用有限元分析软件从螺栓预紧力、外载荷以及螺栓联结数量三个方面对工程实际结构的矩形筒进行分析,最后分别总结出以上三种因素对矩形筒振动特性的影响规律,对工程实际提供一定的参考。 Lack of pre-tightening force,corrosion of bolt,the applying of long-term cyclic load and the degradation of bolt performance,all of the impacts can lead to the destroy of bolt,further,affect the mechanical properties of the whole structure.So it is necessary to discover the changes of structure's mechanical properties due to bolt connection damage through more effective method.Using finite element software analyses a practical rectangular barrel through the following three aspects:bolt pre-tightening force,the external load and the number of bolt.Finally,summarizing the law of rectangular barrel's vibration characteristic by the influence of the above three factors,providing certain reference for the engineering practice.
