摘要
介绍JM DAVY串并联耦合式工艺流程,针对中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司JM DAVY甲醇装置运行实际情况进行分析,找到限制装置产能提升的瓶颈,分析产生原因,通过对合成塔中心管的改造以达到提升产能的效果。
This paper introduces the JM DAVY series-parallel coupling process flow,analyzes the actual operation of JM DAVY methanol plant of China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,finds the bottleneck that restricts the capacity increase of the plant,analyzes the cause,and modifies the central inlet distributor of converter in order to achieve the effect of increasing production capacity.
