摘要
目的:利用计算流体力学(CFD)方法分析不同种植牙冠面开孔直径下,粘接剂的内部充盈及外部溢出情况,旨在为粘接固位式种植义齿提供合理的开孔方案。方法:应用ICEM 17.0软件建立面不开孔(NH)及开孔直径分别为1~3mm(OH1~OH3)共4组实验模型,利用Fluent 17.0软件中流体体积(VOF)模型对空气、粘接剂两相流进行模拟,并输出结果云图。结果:NH组中粘接剂内部充盈不全并伴有大量颈部溢出,OH组中粘接剂均可保证良好的充盈效果,且颈部溢出量明显减少。但OH1~OH3亚组之间粘接剂流动状态未见明显差异。结论:面开孔可以明显改善粘接剂的运动状态,实现良好的内部充盈并减少颈部溢出。增大开孔直径后粘接剂流动状态未见明显改变,故临床中建议采用使用1mm的开孔直径,从而更大限度的保持牙冠完整性。
Objective:To analyze the cement flow patterns inside implant-supported crowns with different occlusal venting diameters by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD)approach in order to provide a reference to the venting of cement-retained crown.Methods:By using ICEM17.0software,four CFD models were created,including no hole(NH)crown,and the crowns with occlusal hole(OH)ranging from1mm to3mm in diameter(OH1-OH3).Real-time model simulations of cement and air displacement were produced by using volume of fluid(VOF)model which was available in Fluent17.0software.Results:In NH group,the cement filled incompletely and overflowed obviously,but in OH groups,the die space between crown and abutment was full-filled by cement,and the extrusion was reduced greatly.There were no apparent differences for the cement flow patterns among OH1-OH3subgroups.Conclusion:The occlusal hole on the crown can improve the flow pattern of cement to achieve ideal internal filling and reduce external extrusion,but the cement flow cannot be further optimized by increasing the venting diameter.Thus,an occlusal hole with1mm in diameter should be considered in order to maintain structural integrity.
