跨三个MSC切换导致概率性降级问题

摘要 本文针对某局××高铁BSC接入新设MSC后出现的跨三个MSC切换概率性切换失败导致CTCS-3无线连接超时问题进行深入分析,找到问题根因并提出解决方案。XX高铁在列车运行期间,列车通过NSC切换区域,偶尔发生跨区MSC切换失败,造成车-地通信中断,CTCS-3级列控系统失效降级运行。通过数据收集和故障分析,确定故障为通信链接响应超时所致,针对故障原因提出解决方案,排除列车跨区运行切换失败的故障现象。 In this paper,the problem of CTCS-3wireless connection timeout caused by probabilistic handover failure across three MSCs after a bureau*high-speed railway BSC access to the newly established MSC is analyzed in depth,and the root causes of the problem are found and the solutions are proposed.During the operation of XX high-speed railway,when the train passes through the NSC switching area,the MSC switching failure occasionally occurs across the area,resulting in the interruption of vehicle-ground communication and the failure of CTCS-3train control system.Through data collection and fault analysis,it is determined that the fault is caused by communication link response timeout.Solutions are put forward for the cause of the fault to eliminate the failure of train inter-zone operation switching.
