目前市场上会议系统繁多,功能简繁不一,经过多地的调研分析,本文结合普遍的需求设计了一款基于移动网络的实时互动会议系统。其使用了信息时代发展的新技术,集成于移动端平台增强了会议的实时性,规范了会议所需的资源内容,具有格式统一的数字化会议文件资料,使用共享存储机制减少电子资源的消耗性浪费。有鉴于市场上网络会议系统使用的不足,本系统的设计做了改进和升级,在一定的水平上提高了用户的积极参与性和沟通交流性,使整个会议不再沉闷、压抑,交流变得活跃而又有趣。

At present,there are many conference systems on the market,and the functions are simple and complex.After many investigations and analysis,this paper designs a real-time interactive conference system based on mobile network in combination with common needs.It uses the new technology developed in the information age.The integration into the mobile platform enhances the real-time nature of the conference,standardizes the resource content required for the conference,has a unified format of digital conference documents,and uses a shared storage mechanism to reduce the consumption of electronic resources.waste.In view of the insufficiency of the use of the network conference system in the market,the design of the system has been improved and upgraded,and the user's active participation and communication have been improved at a certain level,so that the entire conference is no longer dull,oppressive,and communication becomes active and fun.
