水貂粪便资源化利用潜力研究

摘要 本研究采用凯氏定氮法、钼黄比色法、大肠杆菌计数测试片法、沙门氏杆菌测试片法分别对水貂粪便中的总氮含量、氨氮含量、总磷含量、大肠杆菌和沙门氏杆菌进行检测,并与牛、猪、獭兔粪中相关指标进行对比。结果显示,水貂粪便总氮含量为4.09%、氨氮含量为2.52%、总磷含量为0.72%、大肠杆菌含量为73CFU/g,未发现沙门氏杆菌;与猪、牛和獭兔粪便相比,水貂粪便中总氮含量最高,总磷含量低于猪和獭兔粪便,高于牛粪便。本研究为水貂粪便的资源化利用提供基础数据,为其进一步的开发、利用提供参考。 In this study,the nitrogen content,ammonia nitrogen content,phosphorus content,Escherichia coli and Salmonella were measured by Kjeldahl method,molybdenum yellow spectrophotometry,Escherichia coli counting test and Salmonella test to analysis the relevant indicators of mink feces.The results showed that the nitrogen content of mink feces was4.09%,the content of ammonia nitrogen was2.52%,the phosphorus content was0.72%,the content of Escherichia coli was73CFU/g,and Salmonella was not found in the stool samples.Compared with the total nitrogen content in the mink feces,the total nitrogen content in the stool phase of pigs,cattle and Rex rabbits was lower,and the total nitrogen content in the mink feces was the highest.The content of total phosphorus in mink feces was lower than that in pig and Rex feces,which was higher than that in cow dung.This study provides basic data for the resource utilization of mink feces and provides reference for its further development and utilization.
