摘要
建立了一种人参中人参总皂苷的测定方法。采用氨水将丙二酰基人参皂苷转化为相应的中性皂苷,超高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Ro、Rb1、Rc、Rb2、Rb3、Rd的量,9种人参皂苷总量可代表人参中主要皂苷含量。生晒参片中人参总皂苷含量较低,生晒参须中人参总皂苷含量较高,光支生晒参和全须生晒参总人参皂苷含量在2.11%~6.01%之间。该方法准确,重复性好,完善了人参质量评价体系。
A method for determination of total ginsenosides content in ginseng is described.malonyl ginsenoside was hydrolyzed homologous panaxsaponin with aqueous.The study was conducted with ultra performance liquid chromatography,To compare the content of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rf,ginsenoside Ro,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rc,ginsenoside Rb2,ginsenoside Rb3,ginsenoside Rd in ginseng.The addition of nine ginsenosides can represent the content of the main ginsenosides in the roots of ginseng.The contents of total ginsenosides in white ginseng slice were lower,The contents of total ginsenosides in white ginseng lateral root were higher,The contents of total ginsenosides in white ginseng without lateral root and white ginseng with fibrous root was from2.11%to6.01%.This method is accurate and good reproducibility,the quality evaluation systemof ginseng was further improved.
