Research Progress on Chemical Composition,Pharmacological Effects and Application Status of Deer Hard Antler Buttons

在传统动物药中,鹿角盘一直以药用价值高著称。鹿角盘中含有蛋白质、多肽、多糖、脂类等多种成分,具有温肾阳、强筋骨、行血消肿的功效,广泛用于治疗乳腺增生、乳腺炎、子宫肌瘤和其他一些疾病。在查阅了近些年来国内、外大量相关文献的基础上,综述了鹿角盘的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用及开发利用,为鹿角盘的系统研究和深层次开发利用提供科学依据和理论参考。

Deer hard antler buttons(DHAB)are an animal-based traditional medicine with high medicinal value.DHABcontains a variety of ingredients such as protein,peptides,polysaccharides,lipids,with the effect of warmkidney,strong bones,blood swelling,are already widely used to treat including breast hyperplasia,mastitis,uterine fibroids,and some other diseases.Based on the relevant literature fromhome and abroad published in recent years,we summarized the DHAB chemical composition,pharmacological effects,clinical application and development utilization to provide scientific basis and theoretical reference for systemic research and develop hightech DHAB products.
