公众参与视域下水污染治理对策探究——基于南京市J村的实证调查

Study on the Countermeasures of Water Pollution Control in the View of Public Participation——An Empirical Investigation based on J Village in Nanjing City

随着城市化进程不断加速,城市建设对环境保护的要求越来越高,其中,水污染治理成为社会关注的焦点。公众参与在推动水污染治理的过程中扮演着重要角色,成为解决问题的必然趋势,基于对南京市J村村民参与水污染治理情况的实证调查,通过问卷与访谈的方式剖析了公众在参与水污染治理中存在的问题,论述公众参与问题存在的原因,进而提出完善南京市公众参与水污染防治的对策建议。

With the rapid development of urbanization,urban construction has higher requirements on environmental protection,and water pollution control has become the focus of social attention.Public participation plays an important role in promoting water pollution control and becomes an inevitable trend to solve the problem.Based on the empirical investigation on the participation of villagers in village J of Nanjing in water pollution control,By means of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzed the problems existing in public participation in water pollution control,discussed the cause of of the problems in public participation,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions for perfecting public participation in water pollution control in Nanjing.
