摘要
采用王水水浴消解和微波消解方法对土壤样品进行前处理,用氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中的砷汞含量及精密度和准确性,并对负高压、灯电流、载气流量、屏蔽气流量等检测条件进行了优化。结果表明,微波消解的前处理方法测定土壤中砷、汞,在最佳实验条件下,砷回收率为98. 9%~103. 1%,汞回收率为99. 4%~102. 6%,相对标准偏差小于1. 774%,该前处理方法精密度高、结果准确、重现性好、方法简便,适用于环境监测中土壤砷、汞的测定。
This paper used aqua regia water s bath digestion and microwave digestion to pretreat soil samples,and then determined the As and Hg concentration by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry.The experimental conditions such as negative high voltage,lamp current,carrier gas flow and shield gas flow were optimized.Results showed that under the optimal conditions,As and Hg recoveries were 98.9%~103.1%and 98.9%~103.1%,respectively.The RSD was less than 1.774%.The pretreatment method has the advantages of high precision,accurate results,good reproducibility and simple operation.It is suitable for the determination of arsenic and mercury in soil in environmental monitoring.
