摘要
涂装废水是产品漆前表面处理、喷涂和干燥3道工序产生的废水,其污染物成分复杂,COD和重金属含量高,属于典型的高浓度难降解有机废水。讨论了涂装废水的常规处理和一些新型处理技术,比较了各种处理方法的优势与不足,指出了涂装废水处理技术的发展趋势,为涂装废水处理工艺选择提供参考。
Coating wastewater is issued from three processes,including surface treatment implemented before the pro ducts painted,spraying and drying.The ingredients of the pollutants are complicated and their contents of COD and heavy metals are high,and the wastewater is of typical organic kind,which has high concentration and is nondegra dable.The conventional treatment methods of coating wastewater and some new treatment technologies are discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods compared,and the development trend of coating wa stewater treatment technologies brought forward,providing reference for the selection of treatment processes of coating wastewater.
