摘要
2P DC 1 000 V光伏用塑壳断路器适用于光伏系统。这类产品相比老产品更具成本优势。产品的设计要点:加大开距;通过灭弧仿真辅助设计灭弧室;通过狭缝灭弧技术提高断路器分断能力;重新设计热磁脱扣器;为满足使用需求,采用辅助+分励组合附件。经试验验证,新设计的2P DC 1 000 V光伏塑壳断路器符合DC 1 000 V系统的使用需求。
The 2P DC1000V PV MCCB is suitable for the PV system.This kind of product has a more cost advantage than the old one.The main point of the design of the product is the increase of open distance.The arc control device is designed by the arc extinguishing simulation.The slit arc extinguishing technology improves the breaking ability of the circuit breaker.Redesign the thermal magnetic release.Auxiliary+shunt attachment is used to meet the needs of use.The test vertifies that the new design of 2P DC1000V PV MCCB can meet the demand of DC 1 000 V system use.
