摘要
为有效提升智能电表检修工作的针对性,提出了一种智能电能表状态在线综合评价方法及系统平台。首先,从电能表的基础状态、检测、监测和家族缺陷等多方面提出了智能电能表运行状态综合评价方法;其次,在智能电能表评价方法基础上,设计了智能电能表状态检验流程,实现了智能电能表从计划检修向状态检修的转变;最后,通过实际工程案例验证,系统运行状态综合评价方法不仅可以提高现场检验工作的准确性、减少工作人员负担并提高系统运行稳定性,而且可以有效减少智能电能表现场检修次数,并降低故障发生率。
An online evaluation method and platform development technology of state of smart energy meter was put forward to improve effectively the pertinence of smart meter overhaul.First of all,the evaluation method of the running state of the smart energy meters was proposed from the aspects of basic status,detection,monitoring and family defects of smart energy meters.Secondly,based on the evaluation method of smart energy meter,the state inspection process of smart meters was designed to support the transformation of smart energy meter from the planned maintenance mode to the state maintenance mode.Finally,through the actual project case,it was proved that the state evaluation method of smart energy meters can not only improve the accuracy of the field inspection,and reduce the burden on the staff and improve the stability of the system operation,but also reduce the frequency of the on-site inspection and maintenance of smart energy meters,and reduce the failure rate of smart energy meters.
