摘要
基于分布式电源(DG)的接入影响原有配电网故障风险整体水平,为了实现对DG接入后的配电网风险评估及安全预警,提出了中压配电网停电风险评估模型,包含设备级和馈线级两个环节。从设备故障可能性和严重性两方面对含DG的中压配电网设备进行风险评估。其中故障可能性综合考虑了实时系统因素及外部环境因素,故障严重性考虑了损失负荷、损失电量、停电用户小时数、停电用户级别加权户数4个指标。在此基础上,通过综合评价法求取各馈线故障风险值;当超过阈值,启动安全预警。算例结果表明,建立的评估方法能实现含DG中压配电网的风险评估及安全预警,可为有源中压配电网的建设改造和趋优运行提供参考。
The access of distributed generation has grand influences on the power distribution system network structure and the original power distribution network failure risk will follow changes.Thus,it is of positive significance to do risk evaluation to the power distribution network containing distributed generation.This article presented a power failure risk evaluation model of power distribution network,which includes two taches:device level and feeder level.In the first place,the article evaluates the risk of the power distribution network containing distributed generation from two sides:equipment failure possibility and equipment failure severity.Among of this,the equipment failure possibility considers real-time system factors and external environment factors,while the equipment failure severity considers four indexes including loss of load,loss of power,the number of hours without power users,power user level weighted number.Basing on various devices’evaluation,through the comprehensive evaluation method to account the feeder value at risk of failure.When it exceeds the threshold value and then system would start safety precaution.The numerical example results show that,the evaluation method can realize the risk evaluation and safety precaution of the power distribution network containing distributed generation,which can provide reference to the construction,transformation and operation of active power distribution network.
