该文运用通道经济学和地缘经济学的基本理论和基础方法,对收集到的众多文献资料进行整理、鉴别和汇总,以此阐明水路运输具有货畅其流、促使沿岸贸易便利化、促进沿岸各国区域性合作和创造沿岸市场多元化的先行作用。并根据"一带一路"构建的运输环路大格局,提出以水路运输为主体、大力发展水铁联合、致力于交通互联互通标准化建设的对策。

The importance of waterway transportation in international transport route construction and the countermeasures for"interconnection"are studied under the framework of“the Belt and Road”.Using the basic principles and methods of“channel economics”and“geo-economics”,a lot of literatures and documents have been collated,identified and summarized.So the conclusion is that water transportation plays the pioneering role in promoting goods flow,facilitating trade,regional cooperation and market diversification in the region where areas along the Belt and Road.According to“Belt and Road”transport loop configuration,innovatively planning to strongly develop water and railway combination transport base on waterway transport methods,and striving to prospect of standardization for interconnection and accessibilities.
