摘要
[目的/意义]旨在实证研究知识型员工的知识共享意愿受到权力距离的影响。[方法/过程]将知识共享意愿分为知识发送意愿和知识接收意愿,并基于212份知识型员工的调查问卷进行了实证研究。[结果/结论]知识型员工的权力距离对知识共享意愿具有显著负向影响;并提出了改变传统管理模式改善员工权力距离,营造组织知识共享氛围激发员工知识共享意愿等建议。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to conduct an empirical study that knowledge workers’knowledge sharing willingness is influenced by the power distance.[Method/process]The paper divides the knowledge sharing willingness into knowledge sending willingness and knowledge receiving willingness,and conducts an empirical study based on a questionnaire of 212 knowledge workers.[Result/conclusion]Knowledge workers’power distance has a significant negative influence on the knowledge sharing willingness.And,it puts forward some suggestions,including changing the traditional management model to improve the workers’power distance,and creating an atmosphere of knowledge sharing in the organization to inspire the workers’knowledge sharing willingness.
