摘要
突触传递是神经系统发挥功能的基础,由囊泡介导的物质转运是突触传递的基础。突触传递功能异常是神经与精神疾病的主要发病机制之一,可溶性N-乙基马来酰亚胺敏感因子附着蛋白受体(SNARE)介导的突触囊泡的着位在神经递质释放中发挥关键作用,其异常将导致神经系统功能紊乱。因此,SNARE蛋白复合物与多种神经和精神疾病如癫痫、帕金森病、阿尔茨海默病、精神分裂症、抑郁症等的发生密切相关。阐明SNARE蛋白复合物在神经与精神疾病发病中的具体机制和作用,对神经与精神疾病的防治与药物开发有重要意义。
Synaptic transmission is the basis for the functioning of nervous system,while vesicle-mediated substance transport is the basis of synaptic transmission.Dysfunction of synaptic transmission is one of the major pathogenesis of neurological and psychiatric disorders.Soluble N-ethylmaleimide-sensitive factor attachment protein receptor(SNARE)mediated docking of synaptic vesicles plays a key role in neurotransmitters release,and its abnormality will lead to disorders of nervous system function.Therefore,SNARE protein complex is closely related to the occurrence of various neurological and psychiatric diseases,including epilepsy,Parkinson′s disease,Alzheimer′s disease,schizophrenia,depression and so on.It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of neurological and psychiatric diseases and the development of drugs to elucidate the specific mechanism and role of SNARE protein complex in the pathogenesis of these diseases.
