摘要 细胞自噬是生物体重要的代谢过程,在各个生理、病理过程中扮演重要角色。它由自噬相关蛋白控制,受多条信号通路调控。细胞自噬在神经退行性病变、肿瘤发生、缺血/再灌注损伤、糖尿病、循环系统疾病等方面有重要作用,其可以清除细胞内受损的物质或细胞器,为细胞提供原料和良好的细胞环境。而在细胞自噬的形成过程中,unc-51样激酶1(ULK1)蛋白发挥重要作用,它是细胞自噬的起始开关。因此,通过对ULK1蛋白上下游信号的深入研究,以ULK1蛋白为治疗靶点,干预和调控细胞自噬,将为疾病的治疗提供新的方向。 Autophagy is a significant process of biological metabolism which plays an important role in various physiological and pathological processes.It is controlled by autophagy related protein regulated by multiple signaling pathways.Autophagy plays an important role in neurodegenerative diseases,tumorigenesis,ischemia/reperfusion injury,diabetes,and circulatory system diseases which can remove damaged substances or organelles in cells,provide raw materials for cell and a good cellular environment.Unc-51like kinase1(ULK1)plays an important role in the formation of autophagy as the initial switch of autophagy.Therefore,through in-depth study of upstream and downstream signals of ULK1protein,taking ULK1protein as a therapeutic target to intervene and regulate cell autophagy will provide new directions for the treatment of diseases.
