基于数据挖掘耳穴干预眼科病症疾病谱及穴位使用规律的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析整理耳穴干预眼科病症疾病谱,探讨其选穴特点。方法回顾性数据挖掘分析研究。计算机检索中国知网(CNKI 1979-2017)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP 1989-2017)和万方医药期刊数据库(WF 1994-2017),系统收集耳穴干预眼科病症的现代文献,归纳整理疾病谱,同时采用数据挖掘技术中的系统聚类分析,提炼相关耳穴的运用特点和规律。结果共纳入250篇临床研究文献,涉及眼科疾病19种。共应用耳穴95个。聚类分析显示"肾、屏间前、屏间后""眼、肝"、"脾、心、神门""皮质下、内分泌、交感"等耳穴配伍的使用有一定趋向性。结论耳穴干预眼科病症现有疾病谱偏窄,其治疗范围尚有广阔空间可以发掘;常用耳穴配伍上可以分5类,可为临床使用提供参考。 OBJECTIVE To analyze and sort out the disease spectrum of auricular point intervention in ophthalmology,and to explore the characteristics of acupoint selection using data mining technology.METHODS The literature of ear acupoint intervention on ophthalmic diseases was collected from CNKI(1979to2017),VIP(1989to2017),WANFANG database(1994to2017).The disease spectrum was summarized and sorted out,and the application characteristics and rules of relevant auricular acupoints were extracted by systematic clustering analysis in data mining technology.RESULTS A total of250clinical studies were included,involving19ophthalmic diseases.Ninety-five ear points were applied.Cluster analysis showed that there was a certain tendency in the use of ear acupoints such as"kidney,front of intertragic incisure,back of intertragic incisure","eye,liver","spleen,heart,shenmen","subcortex,endocrine,autonomic nerves"and so on.CONCLUSIONS The existing disease spectrum of auricular point treatment for ophthalmic diseases was narrow,and its treatment scope still had wide gape for exploration.The compatibility of commonly used auricular points could be divided into5categories,which would provide references for clinical use.
