摘要 本文调研了长沙市民对食品安全问题的认知情况,主要从市民的食品安全意识、食品消费的态度与行为、食品安全信息获取的渠道等方面进行了深入研究,并给出针对性的建议与对策。结果表明,长沙市民食品安全意识较强、食品安全信息的传播主要依赖数字化媒体、广大消费者认为食品污染主要源于食品加工污染、消费者的维权意识不强。本次调查所提供的数据可为相关部门食品安全知识普及工作的推进提供参考,为长沙"食品安全示范城市"的创建添砖加瓦。 The cognition of Changsha residents on food safety were investigated mainly from the aspects of their awareness of food safety,attitudes and behaviors of food consumption,access to food safety information and so on.Advices and countermeasures were suggested.The results showed that Changsha citizens attached great importance to food safety issues.The spread of food safety information relied mainly on digital media.Most consumers believed that the source of food contamination was polluted in food processing.Consumers’consciousness of rights was not strong.The investigation data can be provided for the relevant departments to popularize the related food safety knowledge and strengthen law enforcement,and make Changsha to be a food safety demonstration city.
