摘要
很多食品在生产和加工过程中都会添加食品添加剂,目的之一是提升食品本身的品质,但同时也会带来一定的安全问题。对食品整个生产过程进行管理时,要对食品添加剂进行测定,避免其出现用量过度的现象。本文针对分光光度法在食品添加剂测定中的实际应用情况进行分析,为食品安全提供有效保障。
Many food additives are added in the process of production and processing.One of the purposes is to improve the quality of food itself,but at the same time,it also brings some safety problems.Therefore,in the management of the whole food production process,the effective determination of food additives should be carried out to avoid the phenomenon of excessive use.In this paper,the practical application of Spectrophotometry in the determination of food additives is analyzed to provide effective guarantee for food safety.
