近年来,随着"军民融合"进程的不断推进,军粮企业所面对的市场环境发生了巨大的变化,其服务质量和业务量明显提升。现有粮库基础设施陈旧简陋、管理较为粗放、信息化程度较低、监管力度不健全、安全保障程度较低等方面的问题逐步暴露出来,成为制约军粮企业高质量发展的瓶颈。本文通过设计"智慧粮库"信息管理系统,整合军粮企业的基础数据、规范业务流程管理、夯实军粮企业管理基础,实现不同部门及不同功能间业务信息的共享,有效保障粮食数据及业务的规范化运作,真正实现企业纵向管理一体化、横向信息集成化,探索具有行业推广价值的示范经验。

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the civil-military integration process,the market environment faced by military grain enterprises has undergone tremendous changes,and their service quality and business volume have significantly improved.The problems of outdated and crude grain depot infrastructure,extensive management,low level of informatization,imperfect supervision and low level of security have gradually emerged,which has become a bottleneck restricting the high-quality development of military grain enterprises.By designing the information management system of intelligent grain depot,this paper integrates the basic data of military grain enterprises,standardizes business process management,consolidates the management basis of military grain enterprises,realizes the sharing of business information among different departments and functions,effectively guarantees the standardized operation of grain data and business,and truly realizes the vertical management of enterprises.Integration,horizontal information integration,explore the value of industry promotion demonstration experience.
