摘要
为研究乳化沥青加入水泥混凝土后对混凝土力学性能的影响,研究了不同乳化沥青掺量对水泥净浆凝结时间产生的影响,通过抗压强度、抗折强度试验及四点弯曲疲劳试验对不同乳化沥青掺量的水泥混凝土进行试验.试验结果表明,掺入一定量的乳化沥青后净浆的初凝时间和终凝时间均有较大幅度的延迟;乳化沥青在降低水泥混凝土的抗压和抗折强度的同时,也在一定程度上提高了混凝土的柔性变形能力;四点弯曲疲劳试验结果表明,乳化沥青可提高水泥混凝土的疲劳寿命,降低混凝土的脆性,并改善混凝土的应力敏感性.
In order to study the influence of emulsified asphalt on the mechanical properties of concrete after adding cement concrete,the influence of different emulsified asphalt contents on the setting time of cement paste was studied.Cement concrete with different emulsified asphalt content was tested by compressive strength test,flexural strength test and four-point bending fatigue test.The test results show that the initial setting time and final setting time of the paste after adding a certain amount of emulsified asphalt are greatly delayed.Emulsified asphalt not only reduces the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement concrete,but also improves the flexible deformation capacity of concrete.Four-point bending fatigue test results show that emulsified asphalt can improve the fatigue life of cement concrete,reduce the brittleness of concrete and improve the stress sensitivity of concrete.
