摘要
钢渣是钢铁冶炼过程中产生的一种废渣,相关研究中已证明可作为沥青混合料的集料使用,但将钢渣用作沥青混合料填料的研究还较少.基于此,文中研究了钢渣粉(SSP)和石灰石粉(LF)的材料特征,包括表面形貌、化学成分和粒度分布;通过Superpave设计方法制备了分别含有钢渣粉和石灰石粉的沥青混合料;根据混合料间接拉伸试验结果,采用断裂能评价了两种填料对沥青混合料抗裂性能的影响.结果表明,钢渣粉和矿粉颗粒棱角分明,均具有粗糙的表面形貌;化学组成表明钢渣粉是高碱度矿渣填料;断裂能计算结果钢渣粉沥青混合料的抗裂性能优于石灰石粉沥青混合料.
Steel slag can be used as aggregate of asphalt mixture,but few studies have been done on using steel slag as filler of asphalt mixture.Based on this,the material characteristics of steel slag powder(SSP)and limestone powder(LF)were studied,including surface morphology,chemical composition and particle size distribution The asphalt mixture containing steel slag powder and limestone powder was prepared by Super Pave design method.According to the indirect tensile test results of the mixture,the influence of the two fillers on the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture was evaluated by fracture energy.The results show that steel slag powder and mineral powder particles are angular and have rough surface morphology..Chemical composition shows that steel slag powder is a high alkalinity slag filler.Fracture energy calculation results show that the crack resistance of steel slag powder asphalt mixture is better than that of limestone powder asphalt mixture.
